We are delighted to welcome you to the historic home of the Adami Merotto family, where tradition and passion come together to tell the story of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore. With a simple reservation, you’ll be guided through an immersive journey — from the vineyard’s first tender shoots to the final bottling — discovering the secrets and techniques behind our winemaking, culminating in a tasting of our finest selections.

We are in one of the rarest areas of the Valdobbiadene territory; among these hills there are gentle slopes, adorned with magnificent rows of vines, where for centuries the skilful tradition of man has been exalted in the cultivation of vines and in which it is possible to taste the most authentic varieties, the only ones that can boast the DOCG label. This is why Riva dei Frati offers a unique experience to those who want to discover this area, taste our wines and learn about the history of one of the oldest wineries in the area, with dedicated tours and customized packages for groups.
