Where our wines are born
We are located in the heart of Valdobbiadene, surrounded by steep slopes adorned with marvelous rows of vines, where man’s skillful tradition is exalted in the cultivation of vines. Riva dei Frati has about 1,700 square meters of cellar, tanks and autoclaves with a total capacity of 2,500 hectoliters. The entire production cycle is accomplished within the winery where ancient secrets and modern technologies come together with the goal of always producing the best of wines.
A path of quality
In 2017 Riva dei Frati chose to embark on a definite quality path by obtaining ISO 22000 CSQA food safety certification. The journey began in the late 1990s with ISO 9000 and ISO 9001 certification for the quality management system to control every aspect of the production chain. With the achievement of ISO 22:000 certification and the involvement of suppliers and company employees, every aspect in terms of traceability and retraceability takes on a key role within the company and production activity.
